To obtain centimeter level accuracy your GNSS module should receive special correction messages in RTCM format generated by stationary or mobile CORS. You can get these messages directly from your CORS station or from NTRIP caster - special online service aggregating data from multiple CORS stations and sharing RTCM messages from theses stations for multiple subscribers over Internet.
