Hello, I added a new base station but not seems not uploading data. Does it need some time before to go online?

No, you should see the data as soon as the base station connected.
What's your base station name?

I have 2 base stations that have been working ok ( I am relaying them through Snip), recently they continually become data starved and reconnect etc, Who can we contact about these issues
